Préparation aux grades pour les futurs candidats aux épreuves UV1 et UV2, du 1er au 4ème dan.
Stage de 9h à 12h
Formation à but de perfectionnement technique (pas d'initiation), les candidats doivent donc connaitre les bases des katas / épreuves UV2.
ANIMATION de 14h à 17h
